SiteScript is a subscription-based platform that provides AI-powered article generation, content management, and publishing tools for blog operators. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content based on your inputs.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start a trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are charged in full at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Past-Due Accounts: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing. You retain ownership of content you publish using the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your inputs and site data for the purpose of providing the Service.
The SiteScript platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Company IP to you.
The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI generation). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any business reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Content data may be deleted after 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.
